Inside the Peakrepz Framework
A complete coaching system built in 3 phases.
Phase 1: Foundation
Foundation is the part most people rush through, but it is what everything else depends on. Before we push for results, we build the base that makes progress possible — and easier to sustain.
Foundation is built across 4 areas.
Physical capability
Metabolic capacity
Psychological resilience
Behavioural consistency
Phase 2: Progression
Progression is where the baseline gets optimised.
Training quality, nutrition, recovery, and execution are improved so the body can perform at a higher level — and recover well enough to keep building.
This phase develops the systems that support real transformation.
The goal is not just to do more. The goal is to build the capacity to train harder, recover better, and move closer to the result phase.
Phase 3: Results
Results are where the work becomes visible.
By this phase, the foundation has been built and the progression has been earned. Training, nutrition, recovery, and accountability are now working together to create a result that is stronger than a short-term push.
The goal is not just a before-and-after photo. The goal is a leaner, stronger, healthier body with progress that can be sustained.
Coaching with care. Built on standards.
Great coaching starts with understanding the person, not just writing a programme.
Every decision is made with care, backed by structure, and focused on creating results that last.

Questions before applying
Is Peakrepz only about transformations and how I look?
No. Looking better is often the reason people start, and that is completely valid. But the way the result is built matters. Strength training, nutrition, recovery, muscle, and better habits do more than change how you look. They also support confidence, long-term health, and the foundations of longevity. Peakrepz focuses on visible change, but not at the expense of the standards needed to keep it.
I already train. What is different here?
If you already train, the difference is not just having more exercises. It is having a clearer standard for what needs to improve, how it should progress, and what is holding the result back. The Peakrepz Method looks at the details that usually get missed: exercise execution, programme structure, progression, nutrition, recovery, accountability, and what happens between sessions. The aim is to take the effort you are already putting in and turn it into visible, consistent progress.
Do I need to be fit before I start?
No. You start from where you are now. We look at your movement, strength, injury history, schedule, and goal first. The aim is not to throw you into the hardest possible sessions. The first step is building the right foundation so you can progress with confidence.
I have injuries or have not trained properly for years. Is it still suitable?
It can be, but it depends on your situation. Training is adjusted around your body, history, and current ability. If something needs medical clearance, we will not guess. The goal is to train hard over time, not rush into work your body is not ready for.
How much does personal training at Peakrepz cost?
Pricing depends on the coaching format, session frequency, location, and level of support required. Coaching is usually built around structured packages rather than one-off sessions, because the goal is to manage a result, not just book workouts. Pricing is confirmed after application, once we understand your goal, schedule, and the right coaching setup.
How much time do I need to commit?
For most clients, 3 coached sessions per week is the strongest setup. That gives enough frequency to build momentum, improve training quality, and keep the process moving. The point is not to make fitness your whole life. The point is to make the process clear enough to fit around your actual life.
How long does it take to see results?
The first changes are usually better structure, better training, more awareness around food, and more consistency. Visible fat loss or physique change depends on your starting point, adherence, training frequency, and lifestyle. The Peakrepz Method is designed to create progress you can maintain, not just a short-term result that disappears once the plan ends.
Do I have to completely overhaul my diet?
No. You need enough structure to change, not a completely different life. Nutrition is built around your schedule, food preferences, work demands, social life, and travel. The goal is to make better decisions repeatedly, not follow a perfect plan for two weeks and then fall off.
What happens after I get the result?
That depends on what you want to achieve next. Some clients move into a maintenance phase. Some continue because they want to build more muscle, improve performance, or set a new body composition goal. The aim is to transition from getting the result to knowing how to keep it. Peakrepz should not be treated as a quick fix. It is an investment in the standards that support your training, body, and health long-term.
Coaching application.
Peakrepz works with a limited number of clients at a time, and takes on people who are ready to commit to a structured process. If you're looking for a quick fix or a few casual sessions, this won't be the right fit. Applications are reviewed personally, and spaces open as current clients complete their programmes.
